Refund & Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase from AMAI. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 15
(fifteen) days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise. After 15 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Once your return is received and verified to be in re-saleable condition, AMAI will issue store credit for the merchandise price and any applicable taxes. Please note, we do not offer exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.
Certain types of merchandise are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged, and is not eligible for store credit due to its nature.
- Non-Saleable Merchandise: Merchandise returned for store credit must be in re-saleable condition. AMAI reserves the right to deny store credit for items that are damaged or deemed non-saleable. Examples of non-saleable merchandise include, but are not limited to merchandise returned without original tags or packaging, or items showing signs of wear or use (such as laundering, stains, odors, pet hair, tears, pilling, or other damage).
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used intimate and personal care merchandise (such as lingerie, swimsuits, sleepwear, and sex toys) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund and Returns Procedure
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please DO NOT send your merchandise back to the logistics company.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the return.
If you are approved, then store credit will be issued for the merchandise price and any applicable taxes to your AMAI account. This credit can be used toward future purchases at AMAI. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We only offer replacements for merchandise that is defective or damaged as a result of our delivery process. If you would like to request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@amailingerie.com.
